As stated in SEC. 2. Declaration of Policy. – The State upholds and promotes responsible parenthood, informed choice, birth spacing and respect for life in conformity with internationally recognized human rights standards.
I don’t see anything wrong with this unless the government shoves us or forces the couple in using contraceptives. It even says there that “The State shall uphold the right of the people”
If this RH Bill is mainly used as information dissemination, WELL & GOOD! But if this Bill is just another BS or COVER UP just to use tax payer’s money for more corruption purposes & more red tape like the Certificate of Compliance (although it says there that this is supposedly issued for free) then that’s VERY BAD for us POOR Filipinos.
Why don’t the government just concentrate & prioritize more on severe problems of this country?
Whether you inform people of birth control, IT IS STILL THE COUPLE’S CHOICE.
Are they saying that due to over population people were ignorant? Maybe, but what do you think is the better solution for that? RH BIll or BETTER EDUCATION?
